Chicken curry

  • 1kg chicken
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1/2 tbls ginger
  • 1 tbls garlic
  • cumin+corriander
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric 

    red chili

    1/4th cup plain yogurt 
  • 1 large tomato
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • bey leaf 3
  • 2 cinnamon 
  • 3 cardamon  
  • 4/5 cloves
  • 4/5 green chili 
  • 3/4 potato

Homemade chicken curry on ready-made chicken curry masala. Served with a plate of rice or chapati, salad, and drink.

Do this

  1. Heat the stove to 6 degrees. In a frypan, put the oil, and after heating, the oil put the onion slice. Mix the chicken with masala and mix in the rest of the ingredients for the chicken curry. Put it all together into the pan and put it covered.
  1. Cook in the middle of the stove for about 30 minutes.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 min. If necessary, test the salt, add in the curry, and serve with meat curry, rice, and salad.
